Intern Developer Simulator
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
Basics
As the intern of a major game development company, you have been asked to complete an RPG dungeon crawler game within a month. However, your team quickly realized that it was not possible. At that point, your manager came up with an unthinkable idea: releasing the game unfinished.
But how can you still make the player have fun? The level design is completely unfinished!
The solution came to him like an epiphany: you will connect to the player's game and complete the dungeon while they are playing. Create rooms filled with enemies, treasures, and props, but hurry up: the player won't wait for you, that's for sure.
Your objective
Fill the rooms with various types of objects, but be careful: each object you add has a cost in terms of credits. You have some initial credits available, but they might run out quickly!
To obtain new credits, ensure that the player is having fun: the more fun they have, the more credits you will earn.
Your goal: keep building rooms, entertain the player, and manage to earn enough credits in time to create an epic boss fight!
The gameplay
Select a room from the menu and drag objects into it. But be careful: once the player enters a room, you can no longer modify it.
Each object can be used to slow down the player and provide entertainment, giving you time and credits to build the next room. However, remember that no one likes fighting the same enemy endlessly!
If you go overboard with objects, you might end up losing credits, so try to manage your finances wisely.
